  • Avoid drinking alcohol for 24 hours before the treatment

  • Stop using any Retin-A/Retinol skin products for 2 days before your treatment

  • It is recommended that you have something to eat a few hours before your treatment

• Post-Treatment Instructions

  • Avoid laying down for at least 4 hours after your treatment

  • Don’t bend over or lift heavy objects

  • Don’t do any vigorous exercise for at least Wait 48 hours after your treatment

  • Avoid drinking alcohol and excess amounts of salt for 24 hours

  • It is best to avoid wearing make-up for several hours, specifically on the injection site

  • Avoid massaging or applying pressure to the injection area for 3 hours

  • Stop using any Retin-A/Retinol skin products for 2 days after your treatment
